Personally -
I'm a dedicated wife and a mama to two girls. I have a degree in psychology from The University of Central Florida (Go Knights!). Currently, I am in the process of obtaining my Chopra Coaching Wellbeing certification, where I will become certified to offer guidance and support through ones well-being journey. Over the years, I have recognized my level of engagement and shifted things around to be present. With that shift came other organic happenings, and for that I'm grateful. I'm originally from Columbus Ohio, but my roots are planted in Central Florida.
